Jewellery Information
Zoe creates all of her jewellery by hand from her workshop in Fofar, Angus. The products available within this shop are made from solid, sterling silver and are all made to order unless stated in the product description.
A large proportion of Zoe's work has been oxidised to give it a dark finish. Please be aware that over time this dark finish will begin to wear off to reveal the silver tones underneath, this is especially the case for rings. Zoe is happy to reapply the oxidised finish to any item purchased from this shop for a small £5.00 charge.
To keep your jewellery clean and bright Zoe recommends investing in a soft polishing cloth to gently remove any grease and tarnish. This can be safely used on oxidised silver as well.
Returns
If you find that your jewellery is not as described or is broken/damaged when you receive it then please contact me within 10 days of receving the item and I will organise a refund or replacement.
When ordering a ring from me then please be sure to send me the correct ring size. Any rings which require resizing as a result of ordering the wrong size will be subject to a charge.

First class recorded delivery for items under £50.00
Special delivery tracked & insured delivery for items over £50.00
International orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure at a cost of £10.00 and should be delivered in 3 - 7 working days from day of postage. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges incurred during delivery.
